• Use the ph.join name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any platform content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph.join shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, or platform downtime.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made based on information displayed on the platform that is subsequently found to contain errors.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game.

ph.join's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
